College Hockey

I’ll be putting links here to various college hockey sites. For now, here’s a few to get started:

  • USCHO – The biggest and the best. I’m not just saying that because it consumes my life for eight months out of the year (and keeps be busy the other four as well).
  • INCH -Our friendly competitors. Not as comprehensive but they know their stuff.
  • College Hockey Stats – If you just want stats, this is the place to go.

As an RIT grad (ME72) and former hockey team asst trainer, this year has been great to observe. (too far away to get to games and no radiocast any more).

So is the post season prohibition vindication for the NCAA/Conf rule to keep out any ringers or just plain dumb. Seems like they loose more than they gain by parking the best AH team in the weeds before the tournament. Goes against the philosphy that its a sport for the players.

    Chris,

I was listening to a game on the web a few weeks back, and heard you guys discussing a tournament that RIT Hockey may be involved in Next year with Minnesota, BC and I think Air force. I did a double take and was wondering if I was just hearing things. I now live in Chicago and if this is true, I will make the trip to Minnesota….

    Tim,

The schedule hasn’t been announced yet, but RIT will be playing Minnesota in their tournament on 12/29 and then either BC or Air Force on 12/30.
